La P\u00e9niche is 3 years old in 2025. From the hangar in Beaumes-de-Venise to this cellar, it took 7 campaigns, the experience of all the bumps, all the shortcomings and the design of the ideal tool.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>

A cellar for experimentation and research<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Barrels from different coopers and toasters, concrete eggs, amphoras, stainless steel and concrete vats: all have passed through the Pi\u00e9blanc winery. Some, like the barrels from Maison Chassin (Burgundy) and the Italian amphoras, have stayed. All were “the choice of experience”.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n

In short, she grows with Pi\u00e9blanc \u2014 and Pi\u00e9blanc grows with her as well! <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n
